As long as your e-bikes weigh less 60 lbs each or less, your Kuat NV 2.0 # BA22B bike rack will work great with the Curt # 31514 front mount receiver.

I can't say for certain if the handlebars of the closest bike would clear the hood, but as you can see in the provided photo, the receiver sits at about the same level as the bumper fascia on the front of he vehicle. If you measure the above ground height of the handlebars, and then measure upwards that same distance from the underside of the bumper fascia, you'll get a pretty good idea of where the handlebars will sit in relation to the height of the vehicle hood.

If you should find that the handlebars touch or nearly touch the hood, there's a very quick 5-minute fix for this. If you loosen (don't remove) the bolt that holds the handlebar stem on and brace the front wheel between the your legs, you'll be able to rotate the handlebars 90º to the bike. Snug the bolt back down to transport the bike and when you arrive at your destination, simply reverse the process to place the bars back in position. Don't forget to retighten the bolt after repositioning the handlebars.
