The mirrors that are available are universal, not custom fit. We do not have exactly what you are looking for, however, the two options that come to mind are the CIPA Universal Door Mount Truck and Van Mirror # CM41000 and the CIPA Universal Door Mount Replacement Mirrors # CM45000-2. Both of these are bolt-on and may require drilling. The # CM41000 is 5-3/4" tall and 8-3/4" wide. This can be used for driver or passenger side and comes in a quantity of 1. The # CM45000-2 is 7-1/2" wide, 10-1/2" tall, and has an overall length of 27-1/2". This comes as a pair.
Both of these mirrors have chrome finish and are adjustable. I have attached a couple demonstration videos going over these mirrors.
