I checked with Rhino-Rack, and there actually is a Rhino-Rack Pioneer rack for your 2019 Chevy Express Van, though it is a different size, and doesn't use the Backbone system to mount to your van. I confirmed with Rhino-Rack what you will need in order to add the Pioneer, which are the following parts:

- Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Roof Tray - 100" Long x 62" Wide # RR82TB

- Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Legs - Gutter Mount # RRRL150GMC (A quantity of four pairs of these)

- RLTP Leg Adapters # RRVA-FK1 (A quantity of four pairs of these)

- Roof Rack Leg Spacer Blocks # LHS-A1PAIR

This will give you the set up needed to mount the Pioneer roof tray on your 2019 Chevy Express van, and give you a multitude of ways to transport cargo.

You can tie your gear down with the Rhino-Rack Ratchet Strap Kit for Pioneer Platform Rack # RR43175 or Eye Bolt Kit for Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack # RR43178 and get up to the rack with the Folding Ladder for Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Racks # RRRAFL.
