The Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner - Dodge/Ram - Gas/Diesel # SU3845 does allow for the adjustment of the top speed limiter that you're referenced, either in increments or by a fixed value. This feature is available in the advanced tuning options on your tuner. I've linked the instructions for this unit for you to walk you through the process.
