On my 2018 flagstaff epro 19fb if I put a 2 and 5/8 lift can I go to a 15 inch wheel

Since you installed a lift kit on your 2018 Flagstaff E-Pro 19FB you'd easily be able to upgrade from the 14-inch size up to a 15 inch like the Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # LHAW121 which would work great.
