2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, would like to purchase e98951 base plate, will e37ZR tow bar work, and will I need any adapters. Thanks

The base plate kit part # e98951 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and would be an easy kit to use and install. Then for the etrailer SD tow bar you'd want the part # e34ZR as the one you mentioned fits a different style of base plate.
This would not require any adapter either.
