Curt hasn't tested their # C11448 hitch for the Audi A4 Allroad on a S6, so they can't comment on the fit.
What you can do is measure the bolt hole spacing and the distance of the hitch drop and see if what's existing on your S6 would be compatible. The linked video and installation instructions will show you the mounting holes, and I've provided a photo showing the bolt hole spacing on the hitch.
The hitch drop should also be measured. The hitch has a 6 inch drop which represents the vertical distance between the underside of the bumper support and the underside of the bumper fascia.
Because Curt hasn't tested the fit, we cannot guarantee that the hitch will work on an Audi S6.
If you were wanting the hitch for carrying bikes, I'd recommend the Thule Gateway Pro 2, part # TH88VR. The rack provides an integrated cable lock and uses wide, well padded feet to spread out the load of the bikes and the carrier over a larger surface area, which dramatically lessens the chance of damage.
I've linked to an install video for the bike rack I recommended.
