My best recommendation for your 2018 Ram 2500 is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRK1384. This comes custom-fit for your truck so that you do not need to remove the truck bed or do any welding to install the hitch. I like how it has the underbed style and Turnoverball so that you can stow the ball and get full access to your truck bed when not in use. It fits on both the 6-1/2' and 8' bed sizes of your truck.
