What is the inner diameter of the through hole for these rollers? What is the outer diameter of these rollers? thanks.

The Replacement Roller Fairlead for Bulldog Winch Standard Series Off-Road Winches - 10" Mount # BDW30003T has a 15.77mm pin hole diameter and the rollers are 40mm in diameter. These were given to me by my contact at Bulldog directly from their technical drawings.
