Feet For The Rhino Vortex Aero Crossbars Going On A 2019 Toyota Tundra

Question:

Will these Rhino Rack legs fit a Rhino Vortex cross bar? If not can you direct me to a part number that will. This is for a gutter mount or suction cub strap to the gutter mount on a 2019 Toyota Tundra. Mount on a double cab roof top.
