I have a solution for you, but the Truxedo TruxSport # TX297601 is not a confirmed fit on the 2003 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew short bed trucks. Instead, you'll want to use either the Truxedo TruxSport # TX258101 for a 6-1/2 foot bed without StepSide or # TX248601 for 6-1/2 foot bed with Stepside.

If you have a 5-1/2 foot bed then you'll need the Truxedo Lo Pro # TX590601 since there is not a TruxSport available for the 5-1/2 foot beds of the 2003 F-150.
