Question:
HI, Im interested to buy a BX1968 base plate for my PT Cruiser 2005. I already have the tow bars and the removing arms. Is it possible to buy the base plate without the #62-3469 arms and reduce the price accordingly? Thanks

There is unfortunately not an option to purchase the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1968 for your 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser without the attachment arms. The positive side of this is you will have an extra set of arms should any of them get lost or damaged.
Since you mentioned that you already have a tow bar, to complete your flat tow setup you will also need wiring for lights, a supplemental braking system, and safety cables if your tow bar did not come with them.
I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 due to including diodes to protect your factory wiring from feedback and damage. This kit will add a 6-way connector to the front of your vehicle and a 7-way to 6-way cord to plug into the 7-way connector of your tow vehicle.
For a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR due to it being a very easy install, and is easily removed when you are done flat towing.
If your tow bar did not come with safety cables I recommend the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643.
I included videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
