The Draw-Tite # 24982 Class I hitch is a fit for 2019 - 2021 Mazda 3 Sedan, so it'll work perfectly for you.
If you'll be using the hitch for light duty towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 118808, a ball mount like part # 3593 and a trailer ball like # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 19258 for a 2 inch ball.
