To install the Dexter Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit # HAP-103-203-03 first, take some measurements. The distance between the front and the center hanger should be 38-1/3 inches (Measurement A) and the distance between the center and the rear hanger should be 37-7/10 inches (Measurement C). The taller bracket will go to the back. The hanger at the end of measurement A is going to be the front hanger. I've included a diagram to help illustrate!
