Looking for a truck bed ladder for a 2020 Toyota Tundra truck with bed cover that can be mounted without opening the cover. Need to transport 2 e-bikes.

For a ladder rack that fits your 2019 Toyota Tundra that won't interfere with a tonneau cover you'd want the Thule TracRac SR part # TH43002xt-011 for if you have an 8 ft bed, part # TH43002XT-610 if you have a 6-1/2 foot bed, or # TH97RV for if you have a 5-1/2 foot bed as this installs to the top of the bed rails and won't interfere with a tonneau cover. You would need access to the stake pockets.
This rack also has top channels which make installing a bike rack easier as well since most ladder rack bars are too big for roof rack hardware to fit around.
Then for a bike rack you could use the Thule # TH598004.
