My tire size is 12-16.5L I dont see a width measurement on your chains. Will any of the 16.5 chains fit the 12 width? Do you recommend any specific chain tighteners?

For your tire size of 12-16.5L we do have the tire Titan Tractor tire chains part # TCHP225 which will do an excellent job providing traction for your skid steer.
I do recommend the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster for Tractors # TCMA4 as well to ensure optimal tension
