The Curt # C61301 fits 2012-2019 Chevy 3/4 and 1 ton pickups, and wouldn't work for your 1995 K2500. If you're looking for an Overbed folding gooseneck hitch, I'd recommend the Curt # C61504-52, which includes the appropriate install bracket kit for your truck. If you needed the bracket kit only, that would be part # C61504
If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed, you can do so using part # 20023.
