We do have a cover that will work for your 14 1/2" 1966 Shasta Camper with wings but the Classic Accessories PolyPro III # 052963731637 you were looking at will be quite a bit too long as it is for trailers between 18' and 20'
For a better fit I recommend the Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Cover # CA80198 which is made to fit trailers the same design as yours and will provide a triple-ply weatherproof barrier to keep your trailer protected.
