I am looking for a cover for a 2009 Heartland North Trail 21FBS RV that is considered a 24 4 long trailer. What do you recommend? This is what I found, part # 290-74843. Any better choices?

I'd recommend the Adco SFS AquaShed, part # 290-52243. This cover fits Travel Trailers up to 26 feet long, and offers good protection against wind, rain and dust. the breathable fabric helps prevent mold and mildew from forming. The cover also features zippered panels that allow you to access the interior of the RV without needing to completely remove the cover, which is a handy feature.
