I’m thinking of purchasing the Thule square cross bars. Can you tell me what the length and width of the mounting slot is. I thought I saw the length was 9-3/4” not couldn’t find the slot width.

The mounting slot for the Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars - Steel - 47" # TH712200 are 9 7/8 inch long and 1/2 inch wide.
To fit the Thule SquareBar Evo # TH712200 on your 2020 Nissan Rogue you will need to use Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 which attach to your factory front to back roof rails.
