Does the LED Light And Speaker Have To Be Wired Separate

Question:

For these speakers you do have to wire the led lights and the speakers for audio seperately. You cannot tie them in to the audio wires for them to work. I tried and its a no go.

Item # 324-000016 audio has to be wired separately. The red and black wire are for the power and ground for light. The pins on the back of the speaker are the power and ground to the speaker.
