We do have some hitches available for your 2020 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid, but unfortunately the Stealth Hitches # 391SUCT18 has not been fit tested yet on the hybrid model. This means that it might fit, but the manufacturer hasn't been able to test it on your vehicle so there's no way to know for sure.
The only hitch available that has been confirmed to fit your hybrid model is the Draw-Tite # 76209. This a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and has a gross towing weight capacity of 4,500 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 675 lbs. This will be a great hitch for towing a small trailer or hitch-mounted bike rack such as the Thule Camber 2 # TH9058
