There is not a specific wind limit for the Solera Screen Room for 16' RV Awning part # LC362219 or others like it.
It has been my experience with these that when the sustained wind gets over 10 MPH the sides start to flex of course making it less than ideal if you're sitting under it. Under that it is pretty comfortable even with the occasional gust. Once it gets over that 10 MPH and starts to gust well past that it time to bring it and the awning in to prevent any damage being done to both.
The part of the system that would concern me would be the awning itself before the actual screen room. I have seen some that got caught by the wind and went upwards over the roof. It's always a good idea to play it safe.
