My research indicates that your Yanmar 4JH3E engine uses a PH3593A oil filter that has 20x1.5 mm threads.
The # D15748 you referenced will fit a variety of different engine thread configurations, but # D15718 is a bit less expensive, will not include extra parts you do not need and will fit your your 20x1.5 mm threads.
The relocated filter mount uses 3/4-16 filter threads, so you will need to switch to a PH8A (short filter) or PH16 (taller filter).
