Is there an adapter or hardware kit for using this Malone J-rack on a Thule TracRack T-type bar?

We have a similar 2-kayak carrier that can fit the Thule TracRac ladder rack with the Thule Compass # TH890000 and the adapter part # THXADAPT13 but there isn't a way for the Malone # MAL38FR to fit the TracRac.
