Question:
I have a brown and green wire on each side of my trailer. My new light has red , white, and black. How do I wire this up? Thanks,

Expert Reply:
On your new lights 3 wire LED bar you will likely connect the brown wire to black, the green wire to red, and the white wire to ground on your trailer frame. On your current wiring, the brown is likely the running light circuit and the green is your turn/brake light. The ground is in the mounting hardware to your trailer frame. You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to ensure this is the wiring for your trailer.
