You can use the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack- 1,250 lbs part # TH43003XT-501. This is my favorite pairing due to all the great features the TracRac has like its aerodynamic crossbars with integrated slots for accessories. It has two different tracks for maximum adjustability over your tonneau cover.

The other option is the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Steel with Aluminum Crossbars- 500 lbs part # A70480 which you mentioned. It also uses stake pockets to mount and its front uprights are spaced far enough apart to accommodate the BAK Revolver X2 Tonneau Cover # BAK39213 as it rolls up and down. This one uses square bars with mounting channels for accessories on the bottom of the bar.

The selection for Tonneau-compatible ladder racks is still small since both the rack and the cover need to be mounted differently. Even so, I think Thule has done a great job with the TracRac # TH43003XT-501. It has that huge weight capacity of of 1,250 lbs and comes with different integrated load stops and tie-downs.
