Does the EH57R Front Mount trailer hitch for a 2020 chev Silverado 3500 HD come with a diagram or description of where I need to cut the front bumper to fit the receiver hitch thru? Thanks,

Yes. The EcoHitch # EH75FR will come with detailed instructions for you to follow along with during installation, including where you'll need to trim on the underbody panel. You also can likely avoid the cutting by simply removing the underbody panel altogether.
