How is the bulb replaced in this light fixture if the glass cannot be removed?

The Gustafson RV Sidewall Light, part # 277-000254, uses 912 or 921 light bulbs such as # ARC48FR.
These are wedge-based and only need to be pulled out (no twisting/unscrewing). For a new one, simply plug it into the socket.
