What Air Conditioner Will Replace a Carrier AC

Question:

The AT 15 has a built in thermostat, the Carrier has one on the wall integrated with our furnace. Will the AT still work? Can we integrate it with our wall thermostat? Thank you

We do have an option for an air conditioner that will work to replace your Carrier unit and integrate with your current wiring. What you will need is one of the following Advent air conditioners:

- White: Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Carrier Setup # ACCAR150

- Black: Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Carrier Setup # ACCAR150B

The Advent AC's come with a simple adapter wiring kit and will work with your current thermostat so the swap is easy. The only thing they don't have that the Atwood has is the heat pump but you can add heating to the Advent units with the Electric Heat Strip for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACMHD.
