Along with this cooler you might need the following parts for installation as an engine oil cooler:

Stacked-Plate Cooler Bracket Kit, # D50020

If installing this cooler as a transmission cooler you might need the following parts:

And one of the following, depending on the transmission line diameter on your vehicle:
