I have approx. 4 foot run of wire to reach my inverter from the battery bank. What rated fuse do I need to use for the IC3000 50 amp inverter. My old inverter used a 400 amp fuse. I cannot find anything on the web to tell me a fuse size. I tried calling but all the recordings wanted to know was about orders.

The correct fuse size for the IC-3000, which we carry with the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger - 3,000 Watts # 34275013, is 400 amps like you mentioned your old inverter used.
You can get the fuse with cables with the Installation Kit for Go Power Inverters - 400 Amp Fuse # 342GPDCKIT5.
