All of our hubs with the 5 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern use the same bearing combination. If you measure your spindle or inner diameter of your bearing and find it to be 1.063" for the outer bearing inner diameter and the other bearing at 1.378' for the inner diameter then you'll be good to go. If not, we don't have a compatible option for your spindle and the best solution will be replacing your axle or just the spindle with # TRU74FR.
If you have the spindle measurements listed above, I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-555-35-K if you have trailer brakes. If you don't have trailer brakes then the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-555-35-K is my recommendation.
Either option will work well with the Vesper Trailer Wheel - 15" x 5" Rim - 5 on 5-1/2 - # TA37RR you referenced.
