I have a awning damaged from rain and wind the roller and the brackets are broken in half. does this roller and fabric come with the arms to hold the roller assembly to the trailer? Item # LCV000223185 it goes to a 2012 Dutchman aspen trail 2810bhs

The Solera 15' Sand Fade RV Awning Roller and Fabric (Std) # LCV000223185 does not come with the arms. If you are looking for the white arms that will work well with this system, I recommend the Solera Universal Awning Support Arms for RVs - Hybrid - 69" Arms - White # LC434728.
