The Aluminum Viking Series Valkyrie Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6-1/2" - 8 on 6-1/2 - Gunmetal Gray # AX02665865HDBML utilizes the standard valve stem like the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem - 1-1/4" Long # AM20906. These are the same diameter (7.7mm with threads 0.794 mm pitch) as you find on car and bicycle tires. It comes with the valve included so I don't know if the hole is 0.453" or 0.625" as both are standard options for that same traditional Schrader valve.
Tire pressure monitors like TireMinder i10 TPMS for RVs and Trailers w/ Signal Booster - Bluetooth - 6 Tire Sensors # TM29FR are designed to simply install as a cap on the valve stem if you don't already have a system in mind. If you want to remove the tire, you can use a system that is more like a newer vehicle that uses the internal sensor like Tuson Towable Tire Pressure Monitoring System - 4 Sensors - Interchangeable Valve Stems # 335TPMS4WIVS as that will fit both options.
To match your truck you will need to update your truck sensors or use caps that will work in addition to the factory sensors. I've linked the pages to all your options so you can determine the best combination for you.
