Are the wheels interchangeable? Or even necessary. Or will the beach tires hold up while using all terrain?

The wheels/tires of the Malone WideTrakS Large Kayak/Canoe Cart with Balloon Wheels and Bunks # MPG521-S would do just fine in an off-road situation. You wouldn't need to exchange them for a different style.
