How Much Bed Height Clearance Under BAK BAK26506 Tonneau Cover Installed on 2019 Nissan Frontier

Question:

Hi, I have a fairly tall cooler that Id like to fit under a tonneau cover. Do you know how far this sits below the bed rails?

When installed, the top of the cover itself sits right about flush with the top of the bed sides, but because of the bracing and hinges on the underside of the cover, it will extend down almost 3 inches from the top of the bed sides, according to BAK. I guess the easiest way to determine if your cooler would fit would be to place it in the truck bed, then find a straight piece of lumber, angle iron, etc across the bed sides. Then measure downward to the top of the cooler. If the distance from the straight edge to the top of the cooler is greater than 3 inches, then the cooler will fit under the # BAK26506 which is a fit for your 2019 Nissan Frontier with a 5 foot bed.
