According the the installation guide, which I have linked for you, this should take approximately two hours to install.
Please note that this hitch is only intended for hitch-mounted accessories such as bike racks, and not for towing.
If you are interested in using this hitch for towing, then we offer the required towing kit, part # 391CONVOC5. If you were wanting to use the hitch to transport bikes, then be sure to take a look at our catalog of 2-inch racks. I've linked this as well.
