For your 2016 Ford E-350 Cutaway there is not a custom fit trailer hitch receiver. However, that doesn't mean there isn't a fit. I recommend using the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 66" Wide # C13704. I've attached a video to assist.
