The only drilling need for the receiver hitche # C11202 available for the 2011 Nissan Cube will be enlarging an existing hole in the driver side frame rail. I attached installation instructions for this Curt Hitch, # 11202.
To drill this hole for the Curt hitch, you could drill two smaller holes next to the hole that needs to be enlarged in the frame rail to allow access of the hardware for this hitch.
Some items you may be interested in to complete your towing setup are the Drawbar, # C45520, and a hitch ball, # 19256 or # 19258, depending on whether you need a 1-7/8 inch or 2 inch ball for your trailer coupler. Finally, trailer wiring, # 118492, is a plug and play model designed for your 2011 Cube.
If you use this hitch for unsupported loads like bike racks or cargo carriers, you will need a stabilizer strap like the part # 18050.
