Unfortunately Westin was not able to provide the diameter of the pegs on the Westin Step Bar Replacement Pad # 23-0001 when I reached out to them, but they're going to likely be around 1/4" to 3/8" diameter. These are actually designed to fit inside the Replacement Barrel Clip for Westin E-Series Round and Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars # 23-0002, which have an inside diameter of roughtly .35", which I've included a diagram of.
