Question:
I have a horse trailer with 225/75/15, 6 lug wheels/ I am considering a tire and wheel package in 16inch wheels. Any suggestions on what would be the best size to replace my current tire/wheel combo? Thank you

For your replacement tire combinations, I recommend the Karrier ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire with 16" White Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 - Load Range E # AM32764. These combinations are the correct bolt pattern but they are obviously slightly larger with a section width of 9.37 inches and an outer diameter of 31.61 inches. This is compared to your current 225/75/15 tires that have a width of 8.8 inches and an outer diameter of 28.3 inches.
It will be comparable but just 0.57 inches wider making the tires just over a 1/4 inch larger toward the frame so you shouldn't have clearance issues there. This will increase your ride height by 1.65 inches.
