The trailer hitch options we have available for a 2020 Lexus NX 300h are from Curt, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12172 for 1-1/4" or part # C13337 for 2". I recommend the 2" option because it allows for a much greater variety of hitch mounted accessories to be used like the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack part # NV22G. It offers a super easy bolt-on, no drill installation and it works with the kick sensors if you have them.
