What is ground clearance? What is wheel radius? Is this cart support big wheel tires?

The Malone # MPG521 WideTrakAT Large Kayak/Canoe Cart uses a V-shaped axle that provides 6 inches of ground clearance right behind each wheel which increases to 9 inches in the center. The wheels are 12 inches in diameter, so the radius would be half that, 6 inches. I suppose if you could find larger wheels compatible with a 20mm axle tube, you could use them but Malone doesn't recommend doing so.
If you'll be using the cart on sand, balloon tires like # MPG516 are available separately. They are also 12 inches in diameter.
