Question:

I was referred to ETrailer by Curt. I have a Curt roof mounted luggage rack on my vehicle and one of the parts came off. The part that I need is listed on the installation guide under parts list. It is item #4 Bracket top plate. Can you let know how to contact someone in your company to order this.

I reached out to my contact at Curt and as of right now (July 2020) Curt doesn't have any replacement hardware available. With that being said, we have found that with a little bit of persuasion the Yakima Locking Brackets # Y07064 can be paired up with your current U-Bolts to give you a mounting system.

Until Curt comes out with replacement hardware for the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # C18115-117, this is the only option we know of that will help you out with your current situation.
