Hello, I just received my order and was getting ready to install everything but the keys I received to unlock the plates will not work in any of the plates. I am stuck.

That's the one thing that I've had problems with too when installing Rhino-Rack roof racks. For some reason their keys can be a bit difficult to operate on the leg kits, like the 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA. Try jiggling the key as you move it into the cylinder and rotate the cylinder. You might even need to take the key out and insert it the other way to get it to work.
If that doesn't work then you'll want to check that the number on your key and the number on the face of the cylinder matches. If that doesn't then you have the wrong key/cylinder and you can use a kit like part # RRRK005-4 to get everything matching.
