Question:
Have they made an adapter to bolt the tube on the trailer instead of welding the receiving tube to the trailer?

The pipe mount swivel jack # PS1401440303 remains a weld on application and there is no bolt on adapter for it. There are other swivel jacks that can bolt on the frame.
