Are parts available to have both the 2 square receiver for bike rack and a 2 ball carrier for towing with this hidden hitch? Parts are shown on kit SH44FR and SH44FRT.

Yes, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # SH44FRT which is a fit for a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace comes with both a 2" receiver tube for use with bike racks and cargo carrier but also a ball mount and wiring harness for towing a trailer.
