How To Install the Optronics LED RV Interior Double Dome Light When Wire Colors Don't Match

Question:
Hello, I have a 2005 Fleetwood Bounder and Im looking to replace some of the lights. Ive found that some of the fixtures have two wires, black and blue. The blue wire on the dinette fixtures is attached as a ground. Theres no white wire. Will a standard fixture with black and white wires work for this application?

The Optronics LED RV Interior Double Dome Light part # RVILL34 has two wires, black for power and white for ground. In order to use this to replace an existing light you'd need to test the wires on the trailer with a circuit tester to determine which is power and which is ground. I do not recommend matching wires by color.
