Would like a hitch bike rack that can double as a snowboard rack. Do not have a hitch and need one installed. Can you recommend a combination of hitch, hitch bikr rack? Where do I get it installed?

I can highly recommend the Curt Class III receiver, part # 13354. If you click on the provided links, you can view the installation instructions and see an install video. As you can see in the video, the install is not too difficult. If you have average mechanical ability, you should be able to complete the installation with no problem. No drilling is required, and the only specialty tool needed would be a torque wrench which can typically be borrowed or rented from an auto parts store. If you do not feel comfortable with the process or feel you do not have the time, any trusted mechanic should be able to complete the installation for you.
To carry womens bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # TH982XT is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
